I just have to say, "wow". Reta is truly an incredible compound. Retatrutide is how I got started in the research space. With no prior experience with peptides or GLPs, I asked my best friend from childhood what he's been doing to get into shape so quickly. "Retatrutide and Tesamorlin" He explained what it was and what he was using it for and I was interested. I talked to my girlfriend, who previously was looking into name brand options of tirzepatide, but the cost was too much through conventional methods, and we both agree to get a couple of 10mg vials of reta and try it out. We paid $99 for each vial from an overpriced vendor because we didn't know any better but we were on our way. In retrospect, we started at a pretty high dose, with unconventional frequency. 1mg, 3x a week, MWF. Traditionally I've seen researchers start at .5mg, once or twice a week but splitting or 3mg weekly dose into 1mg doses has been great at mitigating any intense peaks of appetite suppression or nausea. For the past 6 weeks: No negative side effects. No upping the dose. No change in administration timing. We're both down 25+ lbs. We feel fantastic. We have to buy new clothes because the old ones don't fit. Still steady losing weight. As of today, 252lbs --> 225lbs I prioritize my diet, cardio, weight training, fiber, 3-4L of water (I rarely crave diet soda anymore), sleep/recovery. I have GAINED strength on heavy compound lifts in the gym during this weight loss. The best advice is can give to anyone that is reta curious is: Reta is a tool, not the standalone solution. A lifestyle change in diet, exercise, nutrition are all necessary to get optimal results. I can't remember the last time I felt this good This is why RETA is the top dawg 🐶

I’ve spent months researching peptides and following other people who openly share their progress. Seeing their honest updates made me realize that documenting the journey can be helpful not only for learning what works but also for staying motivated and accountable. To be honest I bought several products during sales & probably should have started more slowly. I have what I have now though, and I’m hoping this journal will help me organize everything, stop jumping ahead & pay closer attention to how I actually feel before adding something new. My main goals are weight loss, improving my overall health, eating more protein, drinking more water, moving my body consistently and cutting back on sugar. I know peptides are not going to replace discipline, and my diet and exercise habits still need lots of work. I initially started with Reta and GHK-Cu. I have now added SS-31 and KPV but I’m only on day 9 of those so it’s too early for me to judge them. Starting weight: 229 lbs Current weight: 224 lbs So far, the appetite suppression from Reta took longer than I expected, but I am beginning to finally feel some. Constipation has been my most noticeable issue. I have also a ton of hair shedding, although I don’t know whether thats connected to a peptide, stress or something else. I am getting blood work done next week. GHK-Cu recently began stinging after injection even though it didnt sting much in the beginning..? SS-31 has caused itching & gets a bit raised where I pin at. I want to document these details instead of guessing or forgetting when something changed. I also own MOTS-C, 5-amino capsules, oxytocin, PT-141, Selank (nasal spray) &MT2, but those are not part of my active protocol right now. I feel like I need to do more research on some & I’m especially hesitant about MT2 because of the side effects I’ve heard about. I’m documenting the good, the bad & everything in between. Hopefully this keeps me accountable :)

149.9kg at 179cm height, left shoulder injury. Will be looking for Klow, and Tesa after the 8 week mark Prefer supplier in nz
This protocol is focused around fat loss, by using three peptides that attack fat through many different pathways. The KLOW, in theory, is mainly to help with loose skin and stretch marks.
Day 0 baseline: - Starting weight: 320 lbs - Goal weight: 180 lbs - Starting Dose: 2mg Day 155 (Today) - Starting weight: 320 lbs - Current weight: 244 lbs - Goal weight: 180 lbs - Current Dose: 10mg I have been running the 10mg for about 2 weeks now only having a little bit of GI issues, no constipation, Diarrhea only, Sulphur burps only on days that I eat greasy or fatty foods. not enough to bother me though or to classify as "negative", appetite suppression is weak; however, when i do eat i cannot eat everything in my meal. getting in my head about being at too high of a dose.... but based on side effects and effectiveness may go down to 8 again... or may just stay at 10. I ran 8mg for 4 weeks before going to 10mg but saw no difference in the scale Weight loss did slow down when on a 2 week off period with 5-amino...
