Pinned daily morning Tesa at 1.0mg with an hour on the stairmaster slated for the days cardio.

Switched my Tesa protocol to AM fasted as it became a bit more difficult to pin 3 hours after eating and still make a reasonable bed time. I also read that while on Reta even the 3 hour window may be too short due to the slowed digestion and corresponding raised insulin status. Pinned my 3rd MOTS…

Continuing daily 1.0mg of Tesa and 1.5mg of MOTS-C 3x per week. Weekly Reta dose scheduled for today at 3.0mg. Will stay at this Reta dose for the foreseeable future as body recomposition is moving in the right direction despite slowed overall weight loss.

Leg Day training today. Current stack is Weekly Reta 3.0mg, Daily Tesa 1.0mg and Mots C 1.5mg 3x per week. Still figuring out my Mots C sweet spot but my current slow titration of Reta has provided negligible side effects and my Tesa dosage has reduced my visceral fat dramatically based on this w…

Completed my second Dexa scan and I lost 11.2lbs of fat and gained 4.7lbs of muscle. Waistline slimming is continuing more slowly but steadily. Started 2nd cycle of Mots C. Continuing Tesa at 1mg daily.

Continuing to slim around the abdomen. Strength has maintained and increased in certain lifts. Reta stable at 2.5mg. Continuing Tesa at 1.0mg

Waistline and slimmed dramatically and I feel wonderful. Cycled off Mots C. Continuing Tesa at 1mg. Reta stable at 2.5mg

Increased Reta dosage to 2.5mg. Also added Mots C to the stack, 3x per week at 1.5mg

Increased Reta dosage and added Tesamorelin to the stack at 1mg. Also included Creatine for muscle building

Took a Dexa scan to begin tracking fat loss and ensure lean muscle mass did not reduce as weight dropped

Accustomed to the reduced appetite and feeling better

Beyond impressed. Reduced appetite with no side effects
