MOTS-c Side Effects & Titration Schedule

MOTS-c is a compound that has a few side effects that came up in my research before I took it, and I wanted to share my experience with those here, if anyone is reading this or following along.

• Drowsiness - I've experienced none of the drowsiness that some researchers experienced. I've read that this comes when you start the dose too high or if you have mitochondrial issues. I did 1mg of SS31 for 10 days straight in preparation for MOTS-c to repair mitochondria to mitigate that part of it. (There are different schools of thought and endless anecdotal "evidence" for SS31 before or during a MOTS-c cycle, so I just aimed in the middle. 10-day mini cycle beforehand.) And I slowly titrated up (screenshot attached) to mitigate starting too high.

• Anaphylaxis - I've read that some people have a severe reaction to the MOTS, but I've only experienced mild redness and irritation at the injection site for 15-20 minutes after my dose. Nothing major.

Again, I just wanted to share a detailed account of my experience so far and address any concerns that I had, and someone else might have, before starting with this compound.
