I have a question, when you say repeated freeze-thaw cycles, are you refering to it in lyophilized powder or reconstituted? I keep my lyophilized powder in the freezer till I want to reconstitute it. Is that bad?

As a lyophilized powder it does not want to repeated freeze thaw cycles. As a reconstituted compound it should not be put back in the freezer at all only the refrigerator.
