Current stack:
Tirz,
NAD
Mots c
Klow
Glutathione
CJC-Ipamorelin
I am at goal weight so I’m just micro dosing Tirz. Was thinking about switching out for Reta and also using tessamorelin instead of cjc/ipamorelin. Any thoughts?

I mean what's your ultimate goal? I certainly would not switch from tirz to reta if you're at your goal weight, reta is much harder to dial in for maintaining weight.

I have just heard great things about Reta but Tirz has been great for me too. My goal is just to be more toned I don’t want to gain a ton of muscle but I feel like I lost some muscle while losing weight. I’m comfortable with my weight but wouldn’t be mad about another 5 lbs lol.

yes reta is amazing, but the issue is you will just keep losing weight, along with muscle. If you are close to your goal weight you want to lose more slowly, possibly add a little Tesamorelin in with it to help burn a little extra fat off. Reta just will be to powerful, along with you not being able to supplement things like testosterone like a male can to help retain muscle. You don't want to get that "skinny fat" look from burning your muscle up. I'd suggest possibly a little run at Tesa. Hopefully more will chime in.
Thank you so much for the suggestions I will definitely try Tesa and see how that goes. I’ve been working out as well to avoid being skinny fat lol don’t want that.

Thats a pretty good stack. Only thing I would change personally would switch out tirz to reta. But if your ultimate is body recomo reta and tesa is an absolute cheat code.

Interesting consideration switching from Tirzepatide over to Retatrutide for maintenance.
Retatrutide has stronger triple‑receptor agonism. Even at low maintenance dosages, many users report more noticeable appetite suppression compared to Tirzepatide. It could be a good fit, but individual tolerance varies.
Regarding replacing CJC‑1295 / Ipamorelin with Tesamorelin: Tesamorelin is a GHRH analogue, it can support GH‑axis stimulation, but it works with a different profile versus the CJC‑1295 + Ipamorelin stack. The CJC‑1295 + Ipamorelin combination provides both GHRH and ghrelin‑receptor activation. Tesamorelin alone lacks the ghrelin‑receptor component from Ipamorelin.
Some community members notice differences in energy and body composition when making this swap. It would be wise to monitor how you respond step‑by‑step if you make these changes.
