For anyone who has tried both GHK-Cu and NAD+, what differences did you notice between them?
I’m mainly curious about the injection-site feel. Does NAD+ sting more for you than GHK-Cu, or is it just me?
Also curious what effects people personally noticed from each one — energy, recovery, skin, inflammation, mood, or anything else.
Experience only — not medical advice.

I don't think either are that bad! Maybe a 1 from 0-10.
In my personal experience, NAD+ definitely stings noticeably more right after injection compared to GHK-Cu.
GHK-Cu feels very mild, barely any discomfort. Beyond the injection sensation, I find NAD+ gives a quicker subtle boost in energy, while GHK‑Cu seems better for skin quality and lowering mild inflammation long term.
Everyone’s reaction varies though, concentration and reconstitution also play a big role.
NAD burns going in, but for me it doesn't usually leave a post-injection reaction.
GHK-Cu is the opposite. It's smooth going in, but sometimes leaves a dull ache that lingers for up to 24 hours.
Both suck in their own way, but both have earned a place in my research. It's a very toxic relationship... but his is exactly where I want to be.
