Mitochondria Repair

<p>Restarted MOTs-C today - hopefully I can continue this week without issues. IM in delt since I have heard it stings : )</p>

<p>Still on vacation so no additional doses until Monday...</p>

<p>Well, went to administer my 2nd dose of MOTs-C and found that it had gelled in the fridge.... super bummed. Will have to wait to get hone from vacation to restart, and hopefully not have that happen again.</p>

<p>Started MOTs-C today to continue the mitochondria health journey. IM in deltoid - no pain or reaction at all. On vacation so sleep is not the greatest</p>

<p>Sleeping well. Not sure of any other affects for this run, but with the good sleep I feel that maybe it is doing what it should? 1 last dose tonight - and then MOTs-C </p>

<p>Slept crappy last night, but I feel like it is more due to getting ready to leave for vacation tomorrow, and feeling not 100% ready and not the peptide. Only a couple more doses left in this run.</p>

<p>Just a few more doses for this run, and I am really enjoying the sleep I am getting. Not doing a super high dose either. Might go longer next time.</p>

<p>Got back on track, and slept great last night! </p>

<p>Missed my dose last night.... stayed out a little late and was off my routine. Hopefully I did not mess up this run too badly.</p>

<p>4th dose - decent sleep score last night thankfully. Also was able to get to bed at a better time.</p>

<p>3rd dose last night, went well. My sleep was not the greatest, but also go to bed later than usual. </p>

<p>Second dose of Epithalon last night - no issues, and slept great! </p>

<p>Administered my first dose of Epirhalon last night. No issues with injection site at all. Slept really well. Still woke up a couple times, but felt like I did sleep deeper. Will see if this continues</p>

<p>Still feeling good. No issues </p><p>Excited to start Epithalon tomorrow.</p>

<p>Last injection for this run. Injection went fine this time, no reaction at all today. No flu like feeling either. All in all, this run was not a bad experience. </p>

<p>Yesterday was my second dose and I did not get any flu like symptoms at all thankfully. Feeling good. Sleep is meh</p>

<p>Felling goid, but there was a little bit of reaction this morning after injecting. Nothing horrible, just a slight itch/sting for a few minutes after. </p>

<p>No injection today. EOD protocol. Was worried about my first injection - heard some people can feel "flu-like" symptoms. Thankfully I did not have any side effects after dosing! </p>
