On the cusp of week 8 on reta, and food noise is coming back a little bit. Appetite suppression isn't as strong as it was the first few weeks. We've reached a bit of a stasis, which is fine. We're going to stay on the same program: diet, lift heavy, cardio, track macros. Upping the dose by .5 a week, nothing major.
